We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Operations Director to join our team at KASTNER AUCTIONS. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and operational excellence across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives, including setting goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization, including managing budgets, resources, and personnel.
- Leadership and Development: Lead and develop a team of senior managers and directors, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure their success.
- Change Management: Drive organizational change and transformation initiatives to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior operations or management role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. Proven track record of driving business growth and operational excellence.
