Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage parts inventory and process warranty claims
  2. Order and receive necessary parts by filling out purchase orders
  3. Follow up with vendors on backordered items
  4. Match packing slips to receivers to invoice
  5. File all documentation to facilitate an efficient A/P process
  6. Coordinate the transfer of parts with other branches
  7. Follow up with parts and service bills and orders
  8. Enter and complete all work orders pertaining to the role
  9. Provide quotes and estimates to customers
  10. Enter maintenance schedules for all equipment
  11. Maintain a system for tracking repairs and estimates
  12. Work closely with the shop to ensure repairs are completed in a timely manner
  13. Coordinate parts pickups with drivers
  14. Assist with ensuring new units are fleet-ready for rent
  15. Ensure all shop supplies are stocked
Requirements:
  • Minimum of two years of experience in the customer service/retail/construction industry, preferably in the equipment rental industry
  • Self-starter, very customer service-oriented, and works well in a team environment
  • Flexibility; must be comfortable with managing and adapting to multiple changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to converse with colleagues, customers, and other parties in a professional and courteous manner
