Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at A's General Contracting Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information within the team, directing staff, and planning and organizing daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team
  • Direct staff and motivate them to achieve their best
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling and confirming appointments
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations
  • Manage contracts and compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Oversee the preparation of reports and perform data entry
  • Conduct performance reviews and assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Preferred Qualifications
  • MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word skills
  • Experience working with Indigenous communities and organizations
  • Cultural competency training and awareness
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced office environment with a team of professionals. The work term is permanent, and the work language is English. The hours of work are 35 hours per week.
