We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Retail Store Associate to join our team at Marshalls. As a Retail Store Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing daily shipments, and maintaining a well-organized warehouse environment.

Estimated Salary

The estimated hourly range for this role is $15.60 - $16.60 per hour, depending on relevant skills, experience, and local labor market demands.

Job Description

Your key responsibilities as a Retail Store Associate will include:

  • Greeting customers in a friendly manner and providing information on merchandise items, prices, and promotions.
  • Processing daily shipments, organizing, and setting up the warehouse area to ensure all merchandise is received and processed efficiently.
  • Demonstrating excellent customer service while processing refunds, exchanges, and purchases according to company guidelines.
  • Assisting with Fitting Room duties and ensuring the counter area is clean and organized.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school education or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent customer service, communication (verbal and written), and time management skills.
  • The ability to set up and maintain a warehouse environment.
