Retail Store Manager

At Joeonto Corporation, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing stockouts.
- Customer Service: Foster a positive customer experience, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Operations: Establish work schedules, authorize payments, and order merchandise as needed.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, providing feedback and coaching to staff.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and strong problem-solving skills.
Our retail store operates in a fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will be able to handle heavy loads, stand for extended periods, and work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
