Retail Store Manager

At Joeonto Corporation, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing losses.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Operations: Authorize payments, order merchandise, and establish work schedules.
- Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and strong problem-solving skills.
The Retail Store Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads, and standing for extended periods. The ability to distinguish between colors and manual dexterity are essential for this role.
