Job Description

This dynamic position requires a strong leader who can manage multiple responsibilities, including:

  • Ensuring Educational Safety and Quality: Develop and implement strategies to ensure a safe and nurturing environment for all students.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Foster a positive culture and facilitate effective communication among faculty, staff, and parents.
  • Pedagogical Administration: Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, enrollment, and staff management.
  • Human Resources: Administer HR processes, including recruitment, evaluation, and professional development.

The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of Waldorf principles and practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 Years of Experience: In a leadership role within a Waldorf school or similar institution.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with faculty, staff, parents, and students.
  • Waldorf Principles and Practices: A deep understanding of Waldorf philosophy and its application in education.

Salary

$70,000 per annum, prorated to FTE based on experience and credentials.
