Parts Technician

We are seeking a skilled Parts Technician to join our team at NAPA Auto Parts Fort McMurray. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the efficient sale of automotive parts and accessories.
Key Responsibilities:- Advise customers on the use and appropriateness of goods or parts
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Sell spare and replacement parts to customers
- Maintain inventory control systems and ensure accurate stock levels
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Physical ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
- Work in a retail environment with frequent customer interactions
- May be required to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
