About the Role

Casual Retail Sales Associates (RSAs) are key members of the Alcool NB Liquor (ANBL) Retail team, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Educate customers on products, making recommendations to maximize sales
  • Process cash and point-of-sale transactions efficiently and accurately
  • Stay up-to-date on products, promotions, and visual merchandising to maintain a well-organized store
  • Operate a forklift to load and unload trucks in the store warehouse
  • Perform routine office, clerical, and light cleaning tasks

Requirements

  • At least 19 years old and not currently employed by a brewing, distilling, or alcohol-producing company
  • At least 1 year of sales or customer service experience, with previous experience in the alcohol or service industry an asset
  • Lifting up to 40 lbs to receive and process stock
  • Legally able to work in Canada without sponsorship
  • Ability to work flexible scheduling, including days, evenings, weekends, and short notice call-in as required
