Sales Team Leader

We are seeking a skilled Sales Team Leader to join our team at MMI Holdings Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and motivating a sales team to deliver excellent client experiences and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop plans to achieve sales targets in line with client-centric practices.
• Manage the adherence to operational processes, policies, and legislative requirements.
• Develop action plans and initiatives to drive sales, motivate team, and improve performance.
• Communicate and implement approved team targets within the area of responsibility.
Requirements:
• 3-5 years' experience in a sales environment.
• 2-3 years' experience in the rendering of financial advice.
• 1-2 years' managerial experience.
• Formal qualifications, including a recognized FSCA qualification and RE5/RE1.
