Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for bidding on assigned projects and supporting the project management team once projects are sold. You will also provide customer support and assistance to other team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze plans, specifications, and bid invitations to ensure accurate and competitive bids
  • Survey products to be bid on in the plans and evaluate their technical content to ensure they meet specified requirements
  • Select products using manufacturer pricing software and ensure they meet the requirements of plans and specifications issued by professionals
  • Prepare bids to be sent to contractors and follow up on bid submissions to ensure timely delivery
  • Actively participate in meetings to establish strategies for closing key projects and provide technical support to clients and the sales team
  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts in the contractual chain related to our HVAC-R field and participate in various company marketing activities

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in the HVAC-R industry
  • Specialized studies in building mechanics (DEC in building mechanics or BEng in mechanical/building/construction engineering)
  • Knowledge of MS Office software and general knowledge in building mechanics
  • Proficiency in English and French (or willingness to learn)
