About the Job:

As a Unity Development Expert, you will be a founding member of the Unity 3D team responsible for developing new APIs and integrations to the platform. You will be at the forefront of the developer program, collaborating with stakeholders to build scalable features and improve developer integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create integration examples for the platform's most exciting features.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders, including Product Management and Mobile Client Engineers.
  • Communicate risks and develop mitigation plans.
  • Encourage innovation and technical excellence.
  • Coach and motivate the team to ensure high productivity and teamwork.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent, with 8+ years of experience in the software industry.
  • 5+ years of experience with Unity 3D and preferably experience with building plugins.
  • Ability to coach and motivate fellow team members.
  • Proven success leading projects in a fast-paced, growing-organization environment.
