About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Canada Japan Consulting Services Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to our team members, including preparing documents, managing files, and maintaining accurate records.
    • Coordinate and plan for office services, such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Financial Management
    • Assist in the preparation of our operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Communication and Reporting
    • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Screening and Evaluation
    • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they meet our company's standards.
    • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Experience and Education
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
