Job Title: Home Support Worker - Private Household

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Private Household. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and household chores for our clients.

Responsibilities:

* Administer medications as prescribed by a healthcare professional
* Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene
* Assist in regular exercise, such as walking
* Feed or assist in feeding clients
* Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
* Plan therapeutic diets and menus
* Provide companionship and emotional support
* Shop for food and household supplies
* Prepare and serve nutritious meals

Requirements:

* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
* 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
* Ability to work in a non-smoking environment
* Ability to work in a live-in setting (optional)
* Ability to work in a client's home
* Ability to provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working Conditions:

* Work must be completed at the physical location
* Work site environment: non-smoking
* Work setting: optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis
