Job Title: Home Support Worker

Elina is seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, promoting healthy eating habits.
  • Provide companionship and social interaction, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Assist clients with regular exercise, such as walking, to maintain their physical mobility and well-being.
Requirements:
  • CPR Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Personal Support Worker Certificate
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience, empathy, and a non-judgmental attitude
Work Environment:

As a Home Support Worker, you will work in a fast-paced environment, providing care and support to clients in their own homes. You will be required to work independently, using your initiative and judgment to make decisions and prioritize tasks.
