**About the Role**

Brandt is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Campbell River and surrounding areas. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing key business strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential customers, staying up-to-date with market trends and aggressively pursuing leads.
  • Maintain and grow existing customer relationships through regular interactions and ensure repeat and referral business.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge of compact construction equipment offered by Brandt.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance indicators.
  • Complete all sales documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements:**

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Highly motivated, ambitious, and energetic entrepreneurial outlook.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to source and prospect new clients on an ongoing basis.
  • Ability to present and negotiate with potential customers.
  • Must be available to travel as needed; a recent driver's abstract and valid passport are required.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Sales industry experience and/or knowledge of the compact construction industry is considered an asset.
  • Proficient computer knowledge and skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
