Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Case Manager to join our Travel Assistance team in Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to clients, providing expert support and guidance throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service: Provide professional, attentive, and empathetic service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Claims Handling: Efficiently handle claims, gathering accurate information, and providing clients with insurance benefits and claim information.
  • Communication: Collaborate with colleagues, decision-makers, and managers to ensure seamless communication and effective problem-solving.
  • Travel Assistance: Provide on-trip assistance to clients, including referrals for medical care, airline flight arrangements, and hotel bookings.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Language: Fluency in French (flexible language requirement).
  • Skillset: Superior communication skills, knowledge of travel insurance products, and ability to adapt to fluctuating call volumes.
Work Environment

We offer a hybrid/remote work environment, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance. Availability for all shifts is required, dependent on the posted schedule.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
