Join Our Team as an Assistant General Manager

At Tricoci Salon & Spa, we're passionate about delivering exceptional beauty and wellness experiences to our clients. As an Assistant General Manager, you'll play a key role in driving business growth, fostering a positive team culture, and ensuring outstanding guest service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Salon and Spa, including scheduling, guest service expectations, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Leadership and Development: Lead by example, providing coaching and feedback to team members, and fostering a culture of innovation, development, and growth opportunities.
  • Financial Management: Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and profit and loss (P&L) statements to ensure overall profitability of the location.
  • Recruitment and Training: Assist in the recruitment and training process for team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of management experience in a high-volume retail, beauty/spa, or service environment.
  • Excellent time management and leadership skills, with the ability to set clear goals, communicate effectively, and evaluate results.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
