Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of production team members
    • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to complete tasks
  • Project Management
    • Oversee the planning and execution of projects from start to finish
    • Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Communication and Teamwork
    • Communicate effectively with team members, management, and clients to ensure that projects are completed to the required standards
    • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and effectively
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the workplace is safe and healthy for all employees

    • Identify training needs and develop training programs to ensure that team members have the necessary skills to complete tasks
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role
