Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Nottingham Tobacconist and Smoke Shop.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor and stockroom.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and promote a positive store atmosphere.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in retail sales or customer service is an asset.
Working Conditions
  • Permanent full-time position.
  • English language required.
  • 32 hours per week.
