Nanuk Polar Bear Lodge Ltd. is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Lodge Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our facility.

About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time position that requires exceptional leadership and organizational skills to ensure seamless operations.

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities with other departments to maintain efficient operations
  • Develop and implement schedules and procedures to meet business needs
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and perform tasks assigned by management
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to stakeholders
  • Identify and resolve operational issues, provide technical guidance, and recommend process improvements
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests with special needs
  • Coordinate and assign work, review progress, and provide feedback to staff members
  • Hire, train, and develop staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Maintain computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer satisfaction
  • Procure materials and supplies as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Proficient in MS Outlook and other relevant software applications
  • Criminal record check required
