We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at POWER HOODS SYSTEMS INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including coordinating the flow of information, opening and distributing mail, and scheduling appointments.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
- Office Maintenance: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and arrange travel itineraries.
- Customer Service: Greet clients and direct them to relevant contacts or service areas.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role or equivalent.
- Skills: Ability to multitask, judgment, organized, team player, accurate, client focus, reliability, time management, and accountability.
This is a permanent position working 35 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
The work language is English.
