Your Role

As a Capital Projects Director, you'll spearhead delivering excellence, ensuring projects meet and exceed client expectations. You'll manage diverse portfolios, balancing technical, commercial, and financial success while collaborating with clients to drive strategic solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion and personify our company values and culture
  • Develop strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact to achieve their objectives, focusing on asset renewal and maintenance
  • Lead clients through project setup, initiation, execution, monitoring, and reporting
  • Proven experience in leading diverse teams in delivering successful capital project constructions
  • Valued and trusted team member, recognized as a subject matter expert in contract management
  • Clients trust your expertise, knowledge, and skills to achieve business goals and objectives
  • Serve as Account Manager to develop and enhance key strategic accounts within your sector

Qualifications:

  • Strong desire to grow business presence in local markets and meet company growth targets
  • University degree or diploma in engineering or architecture (or equivalent combination of academic and practical experience)
  • 3-5 years of experience in project coordination and management, representing owners to deliver capital and maintenance programs
  • Experience building long-term client relationships and working collaboratively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional industry credentials (e.g., PMP, CET, or similar designation) considered an asset
  • Ability to maintain a positive outlook, demonstrate energy, and empower teams to achieve project delivery

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
