About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Drivers Supervisor to join our team at KWG COURIER. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our delivery drivers and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Delivery Drivers
    • Oversee the daily activities of our delivery drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of packages
    • Coordinate with drivers to optimize routes and schedules
  • Train and Develop Team Members
    • Provide training and guidance to new drivers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
    • Develop and implement training programs to improve driver performance and efficiency
  • Manage Logistics and Operations
    • Coordinate with our logistics team to ensure that all delivery schedules and routes are up-to-date and accurate
    • Monitor and analyze delivery performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure Health and Safety
    • Ensure that all drivers are aware of and comply with our health and safety policies and procedures
    • Investigate and report any incidents or accidents involving drivers
  • Requisition and Manage Resources
    • Requisition and manage all necessary resources, including vehicles and equipment, to ensure efficient delivery operations
    • Monitor and control expenses related to delivery operations
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Personal Qualities
    • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
