Job Title: Delivery Driver

Staalduinen Floral Ltd is seeking a reliable and skilled Delivery Driver to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for delivering a wide variety of floral products to different addresses in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a delivery vehicle in accordance with MTO regulations and safety standards
  • Complete ELD logs and reports
  • Adhere to Staalduinen policies and procedures
  • Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate the delivery vehicle
  • Follow route and time schedule
  • Collect payments
  • Complete reports
Requirements:
  • Valid G Class driver's license and a clean abstract
  • One year of commercial truck driving experience
  • Knowledge of truck and equipment safety
  • Knowledge of MTO ELD rules and regulations
  • Proven experience as a delivery driver
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Speaking, reading, and writing proficiency in English
Working Conditions:
  • The Delivery Driver has a physically demanding job
  • He/she will be climbing in and out of the vehicle, lifting boxes up to 60lbs, and working in all weather conditions
Compensation:
  • Delivery Drivers are paid hourly with a half-hour unpaid lunch break
  • Benefits available to full-time employees after successful completion of a three-month probationary period
