Kitchen Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team at Mika's Kitchen Inc.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that food and service meet our high quality standards. This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week, with a competitive salary and benefits package.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and implement efficient kitchen procedures to meet work schedules and deadlines.
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, providing training and guidance on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Hire and manage food service staff, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit reports on kitchen operations, including stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Develop and implement budget and cost estimates, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent experience.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- First Aid Certificate.
- Own vehicle.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods. The role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
