Job Title: Industrial Mechanic

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Mechanic to join our team at Ecolomondo Environmental (Hawkesbury) Inc. in Hawkesbury, ON.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment, machinery, and systems. This includes troubleshooting, fabricating parts, and operating various tools and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment, machinery, and systems
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions
  • Fabricate parts and components as required
  • Operate various tools and equipment, including machining tools and hoisting equipment
  • Program and commission programmable logic controllers (PLCs)
  • Install and maintain electrical and electronic controls
  • Perform welding and metalworking tasks
  • Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment
  • Assist in the development of operation, maintenance, and safety procedures
  • Participate in routine systems testing and troubleshooting
Requirements:
  • Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) Trade Certification
  • Construction Millwright Trade Certification
  • Propane in Construction Record of Training
  • Forklift Operator Certification
  • Excellent oral communication and teamwork skills
