Job Title: Industrial Mechanic

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Mechanic to join our team at Ecolomondo Environmental (Hawkesbury) Inc. in Hawkesbury, ON.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment, machinery, and systems. This includes troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving issues related to mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment, machinery, and systems
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
  • Repair or replace defective parts and components
  • Perform welding and fabrication tasks as required
  • Operate and maintain various types of equipment, including forklifts and hoisting equipment
  • Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance and repair procedures
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the plant
Requirements:
  • Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) Trade Certification
  • Construction Millwright Trade Certification
  • Propane in Construction Record of Training
  • Forklift Operator Certification
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced industrial environment with exposure to various types of equipment and machinery. The candidate must be able to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in a variety of weather conditions.
