Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts receivable and payable, including issuing correspondence to customers and addressing customer inquiries.
  • Process weekly payroll for the entire branch, ensuring accurate timesheets and payroll information.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business or Office Administration.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and prioritization abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.
