International Business Program Coordinator Professional

We are seeking an experienced Program Coordinator Professional to join our team at Nexus Immigration & Recruitment. This is a permanent full-time position, working 30 hours per week.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing ones, and ensuring their adherence to company policies and standards. They will also be tasked with delegating work to office support staff, establishing work priorities, and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and supervise staff members.
In addition to these core responsibilities, the Program Coordinator Professional will assist in the preparation of operating budgets, maintain accurate records, and perform data entry tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Implement new administrative procedures and review/evaluate existing ones
- Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities
- Maintain inventory and budgetary controls and prepare operating budgets
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Train and supervise staff members
- Assist in the preparation of reports, manuals, and correspondence

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Drive, and other productivity software
We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
