Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maximize revenue growth from facilities and construction sites within a defined geographical territory
  2. Maintain and expand existing customer relationships, acting as a single point of contact for such customers
  3. Prospect and qualify new accounts from existing customers, dormant, or non-customer accounts, including competitor accounts
  4. Collaborate with specialty division representatives to promote cross-selling to accounts wherever possible
  5. Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans
  6. Present United Rentals' products and services to current and potential clients
  7. Utilize CRM tools to manage the pipeline of opportunities
  8. Monitor competitors, market conditions, and product development

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  2. Three years of sales experience with a proven track record
  3. Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills
  4. Strong planning, negotiation, and analytical abilities
  5. Knowledge of the construction or related equipment industry is a plus
  6. A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

This role offers a competitive base salary and monthly commissions based on performance. During the onboarding and learning process, a minimum monthly guarantee incentive is provided.

This position is deemed Safety Sensitive for purposes of United Rentals' policies and procedures.
