Join our team at Cosmos Sports & Entertainment as a Corporate Sponsorship Executive Intern and gain hands-on experience in the sales and sports industry.
About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to assist our Sponsorship department in selling sponsorship for our clients. As a Corporate Sponsorship Executive Intern, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting in the sales process for sponsorship opportunities with various clients, including the British Columbia Hockey League (BCHL), Skate Canada, and the City of Mississauga.
- Attending virtual meetings with potential brands and sponsors to discuss sponsorship opportunities.
- Generating prospect pipelines through research and outreach.
- Developing and preparing sponsorship overviews and proposals.
- Managing details and maximizing presence of our clients at events.
- Developing, managing, and executing large-scale projects and events.
- Maintaining internal CRM databases and correspondence with current and potential clients.
To be considered for this role, you must be currently enrolled in an accredited college/university program and have a strong understanding of MS Office applications. Preference will be given to candidates with a background in business, marketing, or sport management.
