Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Clerk to join our team at Elevation Bike Shop, located at Sun Peaks Resort. As a Sales Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with sales and rentals, and maintaining a positive and welcoming store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all guests
  • Assist customers with sales and rentals, including finding the perfect bike fit and ensuring accurate completion of rental forms
  • Maintain a clean and organized store, including restocking shelves and processing sales through the POS system
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and trends in the outdoor industry
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere
Requirements
  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • Availability from June to September 2024
  • Professional, friendly, and enthusiastic personality
  • Neat, tidy, and well-organized, with the ability to multi-task
  • Experience with POS systems and a good understanding of the outdoor industry
