Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized service to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process a variety of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist customers with opening new accounts, applying for loans, and other financial products and services.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on banking products and services, as well as industry trends and developments.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
- 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
