As a Client Advisor, you'll play a key role in building and developing a loyal customer base, providing expert guidance on our luxury menswear offerings, and driving sales through personalized service and product knowledge.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Personal sales and holistic selling in-store, building relationships with customers and creating repeat business
  • Demonstrating a passion for fashion, menswear, and luxury, with a focus on staying up-to-date on the latest trends and styles
  • Educating clients on the features and benefits of our Club Harry Loyalty program
  • Participating in merchandising activities and store maintenance
  • Utilizing resources to conduct new business driving measures and following up with existing clients on all aspects of their current needs
  • Preparing for each appointment and client meeting by strategizing merchandise to present and creating opportunities for add-on sales

Successful candidates will require:

  • A minimum of 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment
  • Experience in menswear retail, including working in various departments such as sportswear, footwear, accessories, outerwear, tailored clothing, and made-to-measure
  • A passion for inspiring repeat business through exceptional customer service experiences
  • The desire to participate in training initiatives and incorporate skills acquired into daily activities
  • Demonstrated interest in technology and its application in retail customer service
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team
