At Harry Rosen, we're seeking a skilled Client Advisor to join our team of retail professionals. As a Client Advisor, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our discerning clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and develop a loyal clientele through personalized sales and holistic selling in-store.
  • Demonstrate a passion for fashion, menswear, and luxury, and educate clients on the features and benefits of our Club Harry Loyalty program.
  • Participate in merchandising activities and store maintenance, and utilize resources to drive new business and follow up with existing clients.
  • Prepare for each appointment and client meeting by strategizing merchandise presentation and creating opportunities for add-on sales.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • Experience in various departments, including sportswear, footwear, accessories, outerwear, tailored clothing, and made-to-measure.
  • A passion for inspiring repeat business through exceptional customer service experiences.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team and participate in training initiatives.
  • Demonstrated interest in technology and its application in retail customer service.
