Food Service Supervisor

Tikarito Foods Incorporated is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and maintain a fast-paced environment.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Work under pressure, maintaining a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent oral communication skills and flexibility to adapt to changing situations.
- Ability to work as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Permanent employment with 35 to 40 hours per week.
- English language proficiency.
