Food Service Supervisor

B.C. LTD. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our food service operations.
- Supervise Staff: Lead and train a team of staff members to ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service and prepare high-quality food.
- Quality Control: Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food preparation and presentation.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. Standing for extended periods is also a requirement of this role.
Requirements:- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Team Player: Strong team player with excellent communication and leadership skills.
English is the primary language of communication in this role.Hours:
40 hours per week.
