Senior Level Artist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Level Artist to join our team at IFG - International Financial Group. As a Senior Level Artist, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and high-quality levels for our games. You will work closely with the Level Design Team to ensure that our levels are playable and performant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Uphold the values of our Art Team and contribute to a positive and inclusive culture.
- Produce high-quality artwork and stay updated with current level art creation workflows and industry trends.
- Collaborate with Art Leads and Level Art team members to achieve the artistic vision and maintain visual quality and consistency.
- Work closely with the Level Design Team to solve art and design challenges and ensure levels are playable and performant.
- Provide detailed breakout sheets and communicate environment set requirements to the Environment Art Team.
- Communicate dependencies, blockers, and cross-department challenges to the Production Team and Art Leads.
Requirements:
- A portfolio showcasing high-quality environment and level artwork.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in environment/level art with at least one shipped title.
- Strong time management skills and ability to work well with deadlines.
- Proficiency in level creation methods using Unreal Engine or a similar game engine.
- Strong working knowledge of Maya (preferred) or similar 3D modeling software Substance, Photoshop, and ZBrush.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with modular kit Unreal and environment art.
- Familiarity with console games and AAA game development.
