Senior Manager, Operations PCX

Loblaw Digital is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Operations PCX to lead the successful execution of our capital spend strategy and drive growth in our PC Express and in-store media networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of our capital spend strategy to drive growth in PC Express and in-store media networks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective implementation of our capital projects.
  • Develop and maintain progress dashboards and historical reports to ensure we are consistently meeting contractual obligations.
  • Work closely with the Advance Product team to ensure we are meeting contractual obligations and revenue targets.
  • Assume operational main point of contact for all PC Express capital projects through to completion.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in retail industry; preferably grocery.
  • 3+ years of experience managing a team of direct and indirect reports.
  • End-to-end understanding of operations process management/SOP.
  • Project management skills and/or certifications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced work environment.
