Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 3-4 sales floor staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Merchandise Management: Order and manage merchandise inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient stockroom operations.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Sell merchandise, resolve customer complaints, and provide excellent customer service to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions and drive improvement.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail sales experience.
  • Language: English.
