Retail Store Manager

Alberta Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, ordering merchandise, establishing work schedules, and organizing and maintaining inventory.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Assign sales workers to duties, including cash handling, customer service, and visual merchandising.
- Order merchandise, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Establish work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet customer demand.
- Monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to increase sales.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
