We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in the Emergency Department at Tumbler Ridge Community Health Centre. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing professional nursing services in a person-centered care model, guided by the vision and values of Northern Health.
Key Responsibilities- Provide emergency nursing services to clients with complex health care issues, from non-urgent to life-threatening.
- Apply knowledge and skills to care for clients in a fast-paced emergency department environment.
- Collaborate with the health care team to provide comprehensive care to clients.
- Participate in education and training programs to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.
- Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing RN registrant.
- Ability to promote safe, competent, patient care.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
- Clinical judgment skills and critical thinking skills for collecting and interpreting data.

- Four weeks vacation with one year of continuous service.
