Job Description:

The WeightWatchers Finance Team serves as a core driver of the company's business success. This team of experienced financial professionals leverages data analytics and best practices to deliver insightful financial reporting and analysis. These contributions empower strategic decision-making across the organization, ensuring the company's financial health and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the month, quarter and year end close activities working in collaboration with Corporate Finance and Finance Shared Services.Manage the monthly Revenue Recognition Accounting and gross-to-net adjustments including promotions and refunds.Responsible for monthly financial reporting decks with focus on accuracy and value-added insights.Identify, interpret and explain budget and expense variances; Identify corrective actions.Liaises with and ensures the accounting function is in compliance with audit requirements: purchase to pay, record to report, T&E, accounts receivable, account payables and payroll.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a CPA and a degree in Accounting/Finance. You should also have at least 5 years of finance experience in the US environment. Extensive knowledge of US GAAP and SOX compliance is required.
