Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at McDonald's. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of Managers and Crew Members.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and lead a team of Managers and Crew Members to achieve sales and profit goals.
- Responsible for operational programs including scheduling, training, food ordering/inventory, and equipment maintenance.
- Guest recovery and maintaining a safe, secure, and sanitary environment for guests, team members, and yourself.
- Participate in local events that positively impact the community.
- Uphold our renowned cleanliness methodology and build sales and profits.
- Previous managerial experience working in food service or retail is highly valued.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess and solve problems with confidence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead by example and motivate team members.
- Proficient in using technology, including computers and programs such as Excel and Word.
