About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide leadership and guidance on workplace health and safety initiatives.
  2. Develop and implement effective return to work strategies for employees recovering from illness or injury.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to promote healthy lifestyle choices and reduce absenteeism.
  4. Analyze trends and data to inform health and wellbeing strategies.
  5. Provide expertise on disability management and workers' compensation.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in disability claims management.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Superior interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
