- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, including receiving and processing shipments, and conducting regular stock counts.
- Sanitation and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
- Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
- Work Environment: This role requires working in a cold/refrigerated environment, with occasional exposure to air conditioning.
- Work Setting: This position is based in a supermarket/grocery store environment.
- Physical Demands: This role requires standing for extended periods, handling heavy loads, and performing repetitive tasks.
- Competitive Compensation: As per collective agreement.
