We are seeking a Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Ontario INC o/a Tim Hortons. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our guests receive a high-quality dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, take orders accurately, and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and package food items, including beverages, snacks, and meals, according to our company standards and food safety guidelines.
  • Inventory Management: Restock and maintain inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies to ensure that our guests have access to the products they need.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, including the food preparation area, dining area, and restrooms.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn the skills necessary to perform the job duties.
Work Conditions
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced, dynamic environment with frequent customer interactions.
  • Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
