Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Machinist to join our team at Tulsa Winch Group. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for installing tooling on numerically controlled equipment to machine parts to exacting tolerances for our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts
  • Follow program instructions and diagrams to set up fixtures and tooling
  • Select and load part programs for machine runs
  • Maintain accurate and timely transactions in our ERP system
  • Make adjustments to equipment and programs as needed
  • Load and unload parts from machines and monitor operations to ensure proper functioning
  • Check parts for conformance to specifications using precision measuring devices
  • Assist in maintaining and servicing equipment as directed
  • Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate production
  • Train other employees and assist in other departments as required
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; one to three years of related experience and/or training preferred
  • Ability to travel as required and/or directed
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficiency in ERP software and other related systems
  • Strong history of applying continuous improvement concepts and tools
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
Work Environment

This position requires the ability to work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing shop and climate-controlled office environment. May be exposed to loud operating machinery and cold or hot temperatures.
