About the Role

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team at Alpha 1 Cabinets Ltd. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for setting up and operating computer-controlled machine tools to manufacture precision parts and components.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate production
  • Set up and adjust production machinery and tools to achieve precise tolerances
  • Maintain and repair precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate measurements
  • Document and report any deviations from specifications and tolerances
  • Verify dimensions of parts and products using precision measuring instruments
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure efficient and effective production processes
Requirements
  • College diploma or certificate in a related field (e.g., CNC Machining, Mechanical Engineering)
  • 1-2 years of experience in a CNC Machining environment
  • Strong understanding of CNC programming and operation
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
